Soy affects male fertility

Yessss, soya bean is one of my favorite drinks and i almost have it everyday owing to its nutrition. It has been widely known to contain high content of protein, which is indispensable in my recent diet plan. However, only until today do i realize that soya bean decreases male fertility. So, if you wanna increase your fertility, REDUCE the consumption of soy!!

The underlying factor to this is that soy contains chemicals called phytoestrogens that would increase the production of estrogen in men. Higher level of estrogen level in men may thus disrupt proper production of testosteronal and sperm. Although soy is essential in appropriate maintenance of hormonal levels in the male reproductive system, too much of it renders overloading of body with phytoestrogens, which greatly interfere male fertility.

When it comes to scientific proofs, scientists advised that men should wait for further evidence. The quantity of studies conducted is yet to be sufficient to substantiate these results. So guys..what we can do now is none other than REDUCING the intake of soy..YEAH...hope this information is precious to you...

His singing prowess is indescribably enthralling, mesmerizing, powerful. The audience could just stay relaxed, enjoying the dynamics of his high pitch and not worrying possible occurrences of off-pitch embarrassments. He is undeniably the one equipped with singing prowess, although not as good looking as my superidol LEEHOM...kekeke...
